摘要
应用二维电泳、考马斯亮蓝G-250染色对细粒棘球绦虫六钧蚴排泄分泌抗原、原头节、绵羊及牦牛棘球蚴囊液以及囊壁抗原进行了初步分析。结果5种抗原分别显示多肽斑点108、64、85、124及83个;其中特异斑点分别为44、40、46、87及37个。对六钩蚴ES抗原多肽斑点的分析尚属首次。
Using a two-dimensional electrophoresis and Comassie brilliant blue G-250 staining, the ES antigen of oncosphere and proscolex, hydatid fluid and hydatid wall antigens from sheep and yaks infected by E. granulosus were preliminarily analyzed. The polypeptide spots shown by the five antigens were 108, 64, 85, 124 and 83, of which the specific do.ts were 44, 40, 46, 87 and 37, respectively.
