IgA肾病中ICAM-1和bFGF的表达与肾小管、肾间质损伤的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨 (IgAN)中ICAM 1和bFGF的表达与肾小管、肾间质损伤的关系。方法 对 4 9例有不同程度肾小管、肾间质损伤的IgAN冰冻切片组织进行ICAM 1和bFGF的免疫组织化学检测。结果 ICAM 1主要表达在肾小管上皮细胞 (5 3.1 % ) ,少量表达在肾间质 (2 5 .5 % )和肾小球 (2 8.6 % )。bFGF主要表达在肾间质中 (30 .6 % ) ,少量表达在肾小管上皮细胞 (1 0 .2 % )和肾小球 (4 .1 % )。ICAM 1和bFGF在IgAN肾小管、肾间质 2级和 3级病变中的表达有差异 ,但无显著性。结论 ICAM 1和bFGF与IgAN的肾小管、肾间质损伤有密切关系 ,可作为IgAN病变进展的标志。 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of ICAM 1, bFGF and renal tubules, interregnal damage of IgA nephropathy(IgAN). Methods ICAM 1 was detected in frozen section tissue from 49 cases of IgAN by immunohistochemical method. The 49 cases had different degree damage of renal tubules and interregnal. Results ICAM 1 mainly expressed in epithelial cell of renal tubules (53.1%),a little in interregnal ( 25.5 %) and glomerulus' (28.6%). bFGF mainly expressed in terregnal (30.6%), a little in epithelial cell of renal tubules (10.2%) and glomerulus' (4.1%).There were different expressions between ICAM 1, bFGF in second and third grade pathological change of renal tubules and interregnal of IgAN, no remarkable difference.Conclusion There is a close relationship between the expression of ICAM 1, bFGF and renal tubules,interregnal damage of IgAN, it could be symbol of progress of IgAN.
