摘要
利用水热冀术对常温浸渍法制备的Mo-Ni/Al2O3催化剂进行改性处理,以吡啶脱氮为模型反应,评价了水热改性前后催化剂的加氢脱氮(HDN)性能.研究结果表明:水热改性可提高金属活性组分的包覆量、增加催化剂的比表面积、改善孔径分布,提高了催化剂的加氢脱氮性能.
The Mo-Ni/Al2O3 catalyst made by impregnating at normal temperature was modified by hydro-thermal technology, and the result was estimated through the model reaction of pyridine hydrodenitrogenation. The result indicates that hydrothermal modification may load more Mo and Ni, increase the specific surface area and improve the distributing of pores, therefore higher HDN activity was gotten.
