2型糖尿病患者尿中11-去氢血栓烷B_2的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 检测血小板活化的分子标记物 1 1 -去氢血栓烷B2 (1 1 -DH -TXB2 )在 2型糖尿病患者尿中的变化 ,探讨尿 1 1 -DH -TXB2 水平与 2型糖尿病及其微血管病变的关系。方法 应用酶联免疫法检测患者尿 1 1 -DH -TXB2 的水平 ,同时用生化分析仪检测尿肌苷 ,对 1 1 -DH -TXB2 的结果标准化。结果  2型糖尿病患者尿 1 1 -DH-TXB2 的水平明显高于正常对照 ;有微血管并发症的患者尿 1 1 -DH -TXB2 的水平明显高于无微血管并发症的患者和正常对照。结论  2型糖尿病患者中普遍存在血小板的活化 ,尿 1 1 -DH -TXB2 水平与微血管病变相关 。 Objective To measure the levels of urinary 11-dehydrothromboxane B2 in patients with Type-2 diabetes mellitus,which is a molecular marker of activated platelet.And to investigate the relationship between the levels of urinary 11-dehydrothromboxane B2 and diabetic microangiopathy.Methods ELISA was used to determine the levels of urinary 11-dehydrothromboxane B2,meanwhile urinary creatinine was assayed by biochemical analyzer so as to standardize the results of 11-dehydrothromboxane B2.Results The levels of urinary 11-dehydrothromboxane B2 in patients with Type-2 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in control,it is also higher in patients with microangiopathy than that in patients without microangiopathy.Conclusion There usually exists activation of platelet in patients with diabetes mellitus, the levels of urinary 11-dehydrothromboxane B2 are related to the degree of microangiopathy,it maybe used as an index to judge whether microangiopathy has occurred.
