摘要
以金露梅嫩茎为外植体进行簇生芽诱导,结果表明:诱导簇生芽时,以MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L效果较好,分化率达100%;继代培养时以MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+KT0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L增殖率较高,达11.7倍;再生苗在1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L的培养基上生根效果较好。
It is the better way to induce cluster shoot of Potentilla fruticosa during tenderstem culture by using MS+6-BA2+NAA0.2; differentiation rate of shoot can reach to about 100%;propagation speed is up to 11.7 times of general in expand cultivation by using MS+6-BA1+KT0.5+NAA 0.1.The effect of rooting from rebuilded stem is better in 1/2MS+NAA0.1 cultivation medium.
