摘要
对云南典型的材用丛生竹——龙竹(Dendrocalamusgiganteus)的干燥特性进行研究。比较了100℃和60℃温度下竹材干燥速度、干缩率、变形情况以及竹材在纵向、径向、弦向3个方向上干燥速度的大小。结果表明:高温干燥较低温干燥干燥速度快,但竹材干缩率较大,变形较大。无节部位径向干缩率大于弦向干缩率;节子部位径向干缩率小于弦向干缩率;相同方向上,节子部位干缩率小于无节部位干缩率。无节试件纵向干燥速度较弦向和径向快,而有节试件径向干燥速度较纵向和弦向快。
In this paper, the drying properties of Dendrocalamus giganteus, a typical sympodial bamboo in Yunnan province, were studied. The drying rate, shrinkage rate and deformation of bamboo timber at 100℃and 60℃ with knots or without knots were compared respectively. The result showed that drying rate, shrinkage rate and deformation of bamboo timber at the higher temperature were bigger than that at the lower temperature. The shrinkage rate of the knotless section of bamboo timber was bigger in the radial direction than those in the tangential direction. On the contrary, the shrinkage rate of the knot section was smaller in the radial direction than that in the tangential direction .In the same direction, the shrinkage rate of the knot section was smaller than that of the knotless section .The drying rate of bamboo timber without knot was bigger in the longitudinal direction than that in tangential direction and the radial direction within unit time,however, The drying rate of bamboo timber with knots was bigger in the radial direction than that in longitudinal direction and tangential direction.
