摘要
目的:介绍大孔吸附树脂在棕铵合剂质量控制中的应用。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂吸附杂质,再用摩尔法滴定。结果:氯化铵平均回收率为100.14%,RSD=0.893%(n=5).结论:该方法简便、灵敏,适于控制产品质量。
Objective:To introduce a method for quantitative determination of Ammonium Chloride and Glycyrrhizae Mixture by Macro Absorption Resin. Methods:To get rid of the impurity by absorption resin, and then titration by mole method. Results:The average recovery rate of Ammonium Chloride was 100.14%, with RSD=0.893% (n=5). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and can be used for control quality.
