摘要
本文属采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和弹性体对聚碳酸酯(PC)进行改性研究作的一部份。对 PC/PET 二元共混体系和 PC/PET/弹性体三元共混体系的流变行为做了较为详细的研究,描述了熔体在不同温度,不同压力下的流变特性。结果表明:共混体系的流变行为呈假塑性;其流动性能随 PET 含量的增加和弹性体的加入而变好;共混体系的表现粘度对温度的敏感程度与纯 PC 的相似。最后用 Klein 等人提出的数学模型进行了验证。
This paper is one part of the research work on the modification of poly-carbonate(PC)using polyethylene glycol terephthalate(PET)and some elasto-met.The theological behavior of each blend of PC/PET and PC/PET Ela-sterner series was studied in the experiment,and so was that of the melts atdifferent temperatures and pressures.The result shows that the rhelogicalbehavior of the blend melts is pseudoplastic;their sensitivity to temperatureis similar to that of the single PC;and the fluidity rises with the increase of the PET contents and the addition of the elastomer.Finally,the relationshipamont η_a 、γ_m and T was verilied by the mathematical model developed byProfessor Klein.
