摘要
本文采用分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)装置和拉伸型SHB杆装置对U71Mn轨钢在应变率为10~2~10~3s^(-1)范围内的压缩和拉伸基本力学性能进行了研究。结果表明在高应变率压缩和拉伸情况下,U71Mn轨钢对应变率具有较强的敏感性,其敏感性随着应变率的提高而增加。因此,U71Mn轨钢是一种率相关材料。扫描电镜(SEM)的断口分析揭示了U71Mn轨钢产生应变率敏感性的原因。
Both Split-Hopkinson-Pressure Bar and Split-Hopkinson-Tensile Bar have been used to investigate the basic dynamic behavior of U71Mn rail steel under strain rates ranging from 10~2 to 10~3 s^(-1). It is demonstrated that U71Mn rail steel exhibits a definite strainrate sensitivity both in compression and in tension under high strain rates. This sensitivity to strain-rate increases with the rise of strain-rate. The experimental results show that U71Mn rail steel is a rate-dependent material. The micro-fractography obtained by SEM reveals the cause of the strain-rate sensitivity.
