摘要
介绍了一种基于线阵CCD的工件表面孔系中心坐标高精度非接触式测量系统 ,并详细讨论了根据最小二乘法原理用圆拟合识别孔中心的方法。这种方法解决了测量系统两个方向上分辨率不一致的固有缺陷 ,同时较好地克服了测量过程中各种干扰因素对检测精度的影响 ,使圆心识别精度达亚像素级。
Based on linear array CCD, a high precision untouched measurement system to detect center coordinate of the serial holes on the workpiece surface is introduced. A method based on least square method to detect the central coordinate of circular hole is discussed in detail. The inherent defective that distinguishability differs in two vertical directions is resolved, and all kinds of interference in measuring process are figured out to make the precision achieve a sub-pixel level.
