氧氯灵为固体复方消毒剂,溶于水中可产生二氧化氯。该消毒剂采取二元包装方式,贮存稳定。以氧氯灵-1500作用25分钟,可达灭菌要求;以氧氯灵-1000作用2分钟可破坏HBsAg。其溶液放置24小时,杀菌作用下降。该消毒剂对碳钢、铝、铜有一定腐蚀性,但以之消毒胃镜,因作用短暂(2分钟)无损害。
A chlorine dioxide-containing disinfectant named oxychlorocide was developed after screening of more than hundred formulas. The disinfectant is granular solid in binary packing and stable during storage. Oxychlorocide contains sodium chlorite, acid activator and synergistics AD-10 and BS-25. Because the concentration of chlorine dioxide in oxychlorocide solution mainly depends upon the concentration of sodium chlorite, the number after the oxychlorocide is used to indicate the concentration of sodium chlorite. For example, oxychlorocide-1500 means that the compound contains 1500 ppm sodium chlorite. The results of the experiments showed that oxychlorocide-1500 could kill spores of Bacillus anthracoides completely in 25 min, oxychlorocide-1000 with a 2~10 min contact time could kill Microsporum gypseum and Aspergillus niger and destroy HBsAg, and oxychlorocide-500 with a 1~5 min contact time could kill Staphylococcus albus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans completely. Capacity test with E. coli showed that oxychlorocide-1000 could meet the requirement of eligibility. The concentration of chlorine dioxide in oxychlorocide solution decreased quickly after storage. The higher the temperature, the quicker the decrease. After 24 h storage at 20℃(closed container), the concentration of chlorine dioxide decreased from 760 ppm to 690 ppm, while the sporicidal efficacy did not change significantly. Oxychlorocide was corrosive to carbon steel, aluminum and copper, but not to the stainless steel, polyethylene, rubber and silicon rubber after 60 min exposure. Oxychlorocide-1000 has been used in several hospitals for disinfection of gastroscope for 3 years with good germicidal efficacy(immersion for 2 min). It has neither unpleasant odor and irritative effect nor damaging effect on endoscope and its lens, and is acceptable by both medical personnel and patients.
