摘要
论述了我国所处的新时代与面临的新形势,以及全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标;分析了战略需求与科技前沿的相关关系和研究重点;提出了我国科技发展的战略目标及发展战略思路。
The new age and situation faced up by China are discussed, and the magnificent goal to construct a well-off society is described. The relationship between strategic requirements and the science & technology front and their research emphasis are analyzed. The strategic goals and ideas of science and technology development in China are put forth.
