Optical Properties of CsLiB_6O_(10) Crystal Optical Parametric Oscillator

摘要 根据三波耦合过程中的能量和动量守恒、晶体的塞耳迈耶尔色散方程 ,通过数值模拟计算了 2 13nm作CLBO光学参变振荡抽运源时 ,分别得到了在Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类相位匹配时参量光调谐范围为 2 37~ 2 89nm、80 7~ 2 793nm和 4 0 4~ 2 80 0nm。获得了在I类匹配时的单谐振或双谐振腔的CLBO光学参变振荡转换效率都大于同等条件下的BBO光学参变振荡 ,Ⅱ类匹配时 ,CLBO晶体的转换效率略小于BBO晶体 ,但是CLBO光学参变振荡转换效率的最大值较BBO光学参变振荡出现于更短的紫外波段。 The optical properties of the angle tuning, resonation thresholds, and conversion efficiency curves are simulated for CLBO and BBO crystal by using the Sellmeier equation and the energy conservation in type-Ⅰ and Ⅱ. The wavelength tuning ranges of 237~289 nm and 807~2793 nm, 404~2800 nm in type-Ⅰ and type-Ⅱ are obtained for CLBO-OPO by 213 nm pumped, respectively. The efficiency is obtained that the efficiency of CLBO is larger than that of BBO in type Ⅰ, and the efficiency of CLBO crystal is less than that of BBO in type Ⅱ, but the maximum efficiency is obtained in the ultraviolet waveband for CLBO than that of BBO crystal. It is proved theoretically that CLBO is a excellent ultraviolet crystal.
