摘要
针对南方丘陵山区森林火灾发生的特点,研究利用极轨气象卫星遥感资料实时监测福建省林火的技术方法 通过计算机对卫星资料的自动处理和林火监测阈值的人工调整,能够快速准确地对林火进行识别 将林火监测信息与地理信息进行有机地结合,做到林火地理定位精确到乡镇级 在2003年夏季福建异常林火高发期的监测应用中,林火灾情监测准确率达80%。
Based on character of forest fire in hill of south China,the study was carried on monitoring methods of forest fire real time in Fujian province using meteorological-satellite data.Forest fire can be accurately identified in time by computer automatically processing satellite data and artificial adjustment of threshold of forest fire monitoring.By amalgamating forest fire monitoring information with geography information,the precision of forest fire geography position was attained in the town.A good application results had gained,during the period of anomalous forest fire in summer 2003 in Fujian province,the monitoring accurate rate of forest fire reach 80%.
