摘要
采用意念训练法和传统教学法,对体育学院的40名大学生进行了16周的篮球普修课的分班实验授课,实验证实 了意念训练法可明显提高教学效果,对掌握技能有积极的促进作用。
This paper bases on the application of the impression training approaches and tradicioral methods by comparing 40 students performance in lecture. It showed impression - training methods can distinctively improve the effect of teaching and promote them to master the skill.
