摘要
对白腐菌降解有机物的机理进行了探讨.研究了经驯化后的一株白腐菌处理造纸黑液的最佳工艺路线.白腐菌在最适培养条件(pH值6~7,温度25~29℃)下进行间歇式处理培养5d,出水再续以厌氧+好氧的处理工艺,在不同停留时间取得了相近的处理效果,COD去除率达70%以上.
The biodegradation organic materials principle ofwhite rot fungus (WRF) is introduced. A best process route of treating black liquor of paper-making with one kind of domesticated WRF is studied. Having been disposed with the intermittent treatment in the optimal conditions(pH=6~7,T=25~29℃) for 5 days, theeffluent is disposed by anaerobic and aerobic technology. The COD removal rateis all above 70 percent in different hydraulic residence time(HRT).
