摘要
针对如何充分有效地利用井底的水力能量 ,既要能提高水力能量的利用率 ,又要易于井下实现的问题 ,设计了一种新型井下水力增压装置 ,该装置依靠脉冲射流的卷吸、自激振荡反馈负压区的形成 ,以及井壁环空液柱压力的它激作用实现井下增压 ,所用增压介质仅为井下环空流体。利用井下环空流体对该装置进行了自增流量实验和射流瞬时动压力实验 ,并由此得出结论 :(1 )在实验条件下 ,自增流量达 2 0 %左右 ,最佳开孔直径d =8mm ,最佳开孔位置h =8mm ,最佳开孔数目n =2 ,对称布置 ;(2 )最佳自增流量开孔方案是 :单孔 8mm ,其开孔位置h =8mm ;双孔 8mm× 2 ,其开孔位置也是h =8mm。
A new downhole hydraulic pressure increasing device is designed in order to utilize effectively the hydraulic energy in the bottom hole. The operating principle of the device is explained. By using the downhole annulus fuid, flow self-increasing test and transient jet pressure test of the hydraulic pressure-increasing device are made. And conclusions are made as follows: (1) under the experiment condition, the self-increasing flow of the device is up to 20%; (2) the optimum scheme for hole opening of the device is 8 mm and 8 mm × 2 for single hole and double holes respectively and the location of the hole is 8 mm.
