摘要
[目的 ]减少隆乳术并发症的发生 ,提高隆乳术的远期效果。 [方法 ]对 8例乳房假体隆乳术后 1～ 9a出现并发症患者的临床表现进行分析讨论。 [结果 ]8例 1 0侧乳房中 ,单例 6侧并发 1种并发症者 2例 ,并发 2种者 4例 ,并发 3种者 1例 ,双侧 2例 ,并发同一种并发症 2例 ,并发 3种 1例。各种并发症有其特有的临床特点。 [结论 ]严格执行无菌操作 ,熟练掌握该术技能 ,选择优质假体 ,首选胸大肌下置入 ,对假体破裂或渗漏而再次手术者须尽量完全根除包膜并彻底止血 ,术后正确包扎按摩以及术后重视随访监测等综合措施 。
To reduce the occurrence of the breast - humped operation complication and heighten its long-term result. The clinical manifestations of 8 patients with the complications within 1～9 years after the breast-humped operation with the breast prosthesis were analyzed and discussed. Of 8 cases with 10 breasts, there were 2 cases with one kind of the complications , 4 cases with two ones and 1 casa with 3 ones among 6 cases with one side . There are 2 cases with one kind of the complications among 2 cases with both sides . Each kind of the complications had its own peculiar clinical feature . [Conclusion] The synthetical measure are the keys to avoid and reduce the complications after the breast- hunoed operation . They are to carry out the sterile manipulation strictly , master the operational skills proficiently , choose the high - qualily prosthesis , place it under the greater pectoral musce at first , eradicate the capsule and hemostate utterly to the patients who should be had another operations because of the cracked prosthesis , bandaqe and massaqe correctly , attaché importance to the follow-up and surveillance after the operations etc.
