摘要
目的:研究针刺治疗急性内脏痛的作用规律,为临床提供治疗的科学依据。方法:①用醋酸注入大鼠结肠制作急性内脏痛敏模型。②对模型大鼠进行结肠-直肠扩张刺激诱发大鼠急性内脏痛。③电针治疗模型大鼠,以大鼠反射性产生的腹壁撤回反射(abdominalwithdrawalreflex,AWR)和腹直肌肌电(EMG)单位时间峰电位数变化为观察指标,评估针刺对急性内脏痛的作用。结果:急性内脏痛模型大鼠AWR评分以及腹直肌EMG在不同刺激等级水平均异常升高;电针后AWR和EMG水平明显降低(在结肠扩张刺激压力为40mmHg时电针+模型组AWR评分犤(1.29±0.96)分犦和EMG变化率犤(160.65±82.13)%犦较模型组犤(2.86±0.79)分,(442.57±195.01)%犦明显降低(F=8.0~62.5,P均<0.001)。结论:电针可缓解模型组大鼠的急性内脏痛。
AIM:To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on acute visceral pain and provide scientific evidence for clinical treatment with acupuncture. METHODS:Acute visceral hyperalgesia model was established by intracolonic instillation of acetic acid.Acute visceral pain was evoked by colorectal distention(CRD).Both abdominal withdrawal reflex(AWR) and rectus abdominis electromyogram(EMG) in response to acute visceral pain were used to assess the effect of acupuncture on acute visceral pain in model rats. RESULTS:The scores of AWR and spike counters of EMG significantly increased in the model rats after different strength of CRD stimulation. Such increases in AWR scores and EMG spike counters significantly decreased after the model rats received electroacupuncture treatment.Under the CRD stimulation of 40 mmHg,the scores of AWR in the electroacupuncture group were 1.29±0.96,which significantly decreased as compared with those in the model group(2.86±0.79).And the EMG in the former also changed(160.65±82.13)%,significantly lower than that in the latter[(442.57±195.01)%](F=8.0-62.5,P< 0.001). CONCLUSION:Electroacupuncture treatment can relieve acute visceral pain in model rats.
