摘要
小蔓长春花(Vinca minor L.)的有效成分长春胺(Vincamine)是合成系列心血管药物的重要原料。其价格昂贵,长期以来依靠进口,国内尚无栽培生产。为此我们进行组织培养快速繁殖技术的研究,为小蔓长春花栽培生产提供有效的方法。
A study of a method of rapid-propagation of Vinca minor in vitro culturehas been made. The buds cultured on MS medium with 5 mg/L 6-BA could produce many clumpy buds, and in 2 weeks the buds were tranfered on the shooting medium with 4 mg/L IBA, which could produce many white healthy roots. This plant was growing well. It is suggested that the method is available for rapid propagation of Vinca minor.
