摘要
在大鼠腹主动脉狭窄和高盐摄入引起的高血压模型上,观察到口服牛磺酸治疗可显著降低动物血压,(20.8±4.0kPa VS非治疗组27.3±3.2 kPa.P<0.01)抑制高血压动物血浆CGRP的减少.改善动物血管条的舒张反应。实验结果提示,牛磺酸可能具有临床上抗高血压作用。
On the hypertension model induced by narrowing abdominal aorta and feeding saline in rats, it was found that the treatment with oral administration of taurine significantly attenuated hypertension (20. 8±4.0 vs. untreated group 27. 3 ± 3. 2 kPa. P < 0.01). markedly inhibited the increase in plasma endothelin. angiotensin 11. and throm-
boxane. and the decrease in plasma CGR-P; and that the therapy with taurine obviously improved the reactivity of aortic vessel to vasoactive substances. The results suggest that clinical therapy with taurine for hypertension may be feasible.
