摘要
应用mRNA麦胚无细胞体外转译体系,动态地观察了人参三醇皂甙(PTGS)对人淋巴结细胞白细胞介素4(IL-4)基因表达的促进效应。结果表明,PTGS 可以明显促进 PHA(植物血凝素)活化人淋巴细胞分泌 IL-4,最大促进效应可达63.33%。PTGS+PHA 共刺激后人淋巴细胞胞浆 IL-4mRNA 转译 IL-4的量明显高于单纯 PHA 组,最大促进效应达95%。从而首次证实 PTGS 促 IL-4分泌与 PTGS 促 IL-4 基因表达密切相关。
Effect of panaxatriol ginsenoside(PTGS)oninterleukine-4(IL-4)induction of PHA-stimulatedhuman lymph node cells was observed.The resultsshowed that PTGS enhanced IL-4 production oneach time of IL-4 induction kinetics,maximally by 63. 33%(48h).Furthermore,IL-4 mRNA fromPHA+PTGS-stimulated lymph node cells trans-lated more IL-4 than PHA-stimulated lymph nodecells on each time of IL-4 mRNA-induction kinet-ics,maximally by 95%(30h),using the methodsof wheat germ cell-free in vitro translation systemand IL-4 bioassay.It is the first report on IL-4gene regulation by ginsenoside or any other kindof Chinese herbs.
