摘要
研究了人工合成胸腺五肽(thymopoietin pentapeptide TP5)的免疫增强作用。结果表明,TP5对小鼠的脾重和脾组织学结构都有显著的促进作用。实验组动物脾淋巴细胞的 E-玫瑰花结形成率及转化率、空斑形成细胞(plaqae forming cell,PF(?))皆明显高于对照组。作者讨论了 TP5的性质,作用机理和将来作为一种高效无毒性的免疫调节药物的临床应用前景。
The immunostimulatory effect of artificialsynthetic TP5 was studied.The results showedthat TP5 has markedly promotive influence onweight and histological structure of spleen ofmice.The rate of E-rosette cell,and lymphoblas-tic tranformation sand plague forming cell(PFC)is significantly higher in experimentalgroup than in control group.We discussed thenature of TP5 its mechanism of action,and clin-cal trial as an effective immunomodulator with-out toxicity in the future.
