摘要
维酶素中的核黄素采用荧光分光光度测定法,简便快速,灵敏度高,结果稳定。在λ_(EX)=270nm、λ_(EM)=518.4nm,用重蒸馏水作溶剂,VB_2浓度0.1~0.6μg/ml,荧光强度与浓度有良好的线性关系。相关系数为0.9999。本法可避免维酶素中复杂成分的干扰,测定结果满意,回收率99.81%,变异系数0.21%(n=10)。
The content of ribofravin in eremotheciumsiccum and its tablets was determined by fluo-rospectrophotometry.At EX=270.0nm,EM=518.4nm,the linear relationship of VB_2 concentra-tions ranged from 0. 1μg/ml to 0.6μg/ml,and thefluorometric intensity was satisfactory(r=0.9999).The mean recovery of VB_2 was found tobe 99.81%(CV=0.21,n=10).This method issimple,rapid and highly sensitive and can avoid theinterference of other constituents.
