摘要
电离辐射诱导细胞凋亡已成为治疗恶性肿瘤的重要方法,细胞凋亡作为一种主动的细胞消亡过程,与电离辐射的诱导关系正逐步完善,细胞膜改变是电离辐射诱导细胞凋亡的主要特征,电离辐射诱导细胞凋亡的程度与辐射剂量、照射方式及传能线密度密切相关,它的机制包括基因调控、信号转导、离子代谢、酶和蛋白因子的参与,共同形成一个复杂的生物学网络。
To induce cell apoptosis with ionizing radiation becomes an important method in treating tumor now. The correlation between cell apoptosis (a kind of active cell death) and the induc,ing of ionizing radiation becomes more and more specific. The character of cell apoptosis in,duced by ionizing radiation is related with cell membrane's change. Cell apoptosis is related with radiation dose, radiation way and linear energy transfer(LET). The mechanism of cell apoptosis may include gene con,trol, signal transduction, ion metabolizability, enzyme and protein. All of these make a complicated bio,logical network.
