阐述了害虫的抗药性的产生及对其研究的重要意义;杀虫剂作用机制;产生抗药机制的两方面原因: 一是昆虫的解毒酶代谢作用增强,包括单氧加氧酶体系、水解酶、谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶的增加,二是靶标部位对 杀虫剂的敏感性下降,其中钠离子通道和氯离子通道的变化是敏感性改变的主要原因。
This article discusses the development of insecticide resistance in harmful insects and its importance in research; insecticide mode of action; two aspects of the reason for the produced mechanisms of resistance, one being an increase in (production/metabolism of) detoxifying enzymes in insects, including monooxidation systems, hydrolytic enzymes, and increase in glutathione-S-transferase and the second being a decrease in sensitivity to the insecticide at the target position, among which a change in the positions of the sodium ion and chlorine ion is the main reason for change in sensitivity.
