摘要
目的:探讨广西地区壮、汉族系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)与HLA-DRB1等位基因的相关性。方法:用聚合酶链式反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)方法,分别对52例SLE壮族患者和70名壮族健康人,45例SLE汉族患者和60名汉族健康人的HLA-DRB1等位基因进行研究。结果:壮族SLE患者HLA-DRB11401及DRB116两个等位基因的频率低于正常对照组(RR=0.2813,χ2=5.0024,P=0.0252及RR=0.3889,χ2=3.9527,P=0.0466),患者组和对照组均未检出HLA-DRB108、DRB111和DRB113等位基因;汉族SLE患者HLA-DRB115等位基因的频率高于正常对照组(RR=2.5333,χ2=8.4006,P=0.0037),患者组未检出HLA-DRB111、DRB113等位基因,对照组亦未检出HLA-DRB113等位基因。结论:提示HLA-DRB11401及DRB116等位基因可能是广西地区壮族人SLE的保护基因,未发现易感基因。提示HLA-DRB115等位基因可能是广西地区汉族人SLE的易感基因。
Objective:To explore the relationship between the allele of HLA-DRB1and systemic lupus erythematosus of the Zhuang and Han Nationality in Guangxi.Methods:The assay of allele polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP)was used to detect the allele genes of HLA-DRB1in52patients with SLE and70healthy controls of the Zhuang Nationality in Guangxi;and in45patients with SLE and60healthy controls of the Han Nationality in Guangxi.Results:The allele frequen cies of HLA-DRB11401and DRB116were significantly less in Zhuang SLE patients than those of the controls(RR=0.2813,χ 2 =5.0024,P=0.0252and RR=0.3889,χ 2 =3.9527,P=0.0466).The alleles of HLA-DRB108,DRB111and DRB113were not found in above two groups.The allele frequency of HLA-DRB115was signif-icantly high er in Han SLE patients than those of the controls(RR=2.5333,χ 2 =8.4006,P=0.0037).The alleles of HLA-DRB11and DRB113were not found in SLE groups,the HLA-DRB113allele was not found in healthy controls group.Conclusions:The data suggest that the allele genes of HLA-DRB11401and HLA-DRB116might be protective genes for SLE in Zhuang nationality in Guangxi.No susceptible gene is found in our study.Our data suggest that the HLA-DRB115might be susceptible gene for SLE in Guangxi Han nationality.
