摘要
用双效逆流蒸发结晶,回收制药废水中的硫酸钠,消除了原转窑喷雾造粒回收方法尾气大量硫酸钠粉尘造成的污染。回收率从不到60%提高到95%以上,能耗降低57.5%。产品等级明显提高。
The crystallization with double-effect and counter-current eva-porator was adopted to recover sodmm sulphate from waste water in pharmaceu-tical process instead of spraying granulation with rotary kilns,eliminating itspollution caused by heavy dust of sodium sulphat in exhaust gas.The yieldrised from below 60% to over 95% with energy consumption reduced by 57.5%and the grade of product was apparently raised.
