Potential and Electric Field Distributions around the Carbon Nanotubes

摘要 通过数值计算研究了单根碳管模型和碳管阵列模型下的电位和电场分布情况。利用有限差分求解碳管周围,特别是尖端附近的电位和电场分布。并通过修改模型参数,分析了碳管高度、碳管半径等几何参数对碳管周围电场分布的影响。对于碳管阵列模型还着重分析了碳管间的场屏蔽效应和场增强因子。 By means of numerical calculation method and artifices, the paper studies the potential distribution for the simulation model of single carbon nanotube and carbon nanotube array. Finite difference method is used. The effects of the height and radius of the carbon nanotubes have been discussed. For the carbon nanotube array, the field enhancement factor and the effect of carbon nanotube density have been studied.
