摘要
采用间歇和持续训练相结合的方法,纵向观察13周不同频率的训练对最大吸氧量、左室功能和亚极量运动能力的影响。结果提示,采用持续和间歇训练相结合的方法并用相同的强度进行训练,其训练频率只影响最大吸氧量和左室功能增进进程的速度,而不影响它们的最终程度;亚极量运动能力受训练频率的影响,频率高,亚极量运动能力提高的幅度亦大,对最大吸氧量、左室功能和亚极量运功能力的同步观察结果表明,最大吸氧量与左室功能密切相关,而Vo_(2max)、左室功能与亚极量运功能力并不完全同步,当训练引起最大吸氧量、左室功能达到最大适应后,其亚极量运动能力仍可继续提高。
The effects of training at different frequencies for 13 weeks on Vo2max, left ventricular functions and submaximal work capacity were observed using method of combination of interrupted and continuous training. 42 untrained boys were assigned to three groups: group 1, trained 5 times/week; group 2, trained 2 times/week and group 3, control group. After training for 8 weeks, Vo2max and left ventricular functions and submaximal work capacity in group 1 obviously increased while group 2 only showed increase in submaximal work capacity. From 8th to 13th weeks of training, the above parameters in group 1 did not change further except for submaximal work capacity, while changes of these parameters in group 2 were greater than before, reaching levels not different from those in group 1 except submaxmal work capacity. These results showed that with method of combination of interrupted and continuous training, the training frequency could affect the speed of increase in Vo2max and left ventricular functions but could not affect their end levels. Submaximal work capacity could also be affected by training frequency. The higher the frequency, the more the increase in submaximal work capacity. The results also indicated that Vo2max was closely related to left ventricular functions, but they did not change parallelly with submaximal work capacity. After Vo2max and left ventricular functions had reached maximal adaptation due to training, the submaximal work capacity could increase further.
