摘要
选用重复性较好的 10个随机引物对保存于新疆的 16份桑种质材料进行了RAPD分析 ,共获得 139个RAPD标记。UPGMA聚类图和材料间的遗传距离显示 :新疆的药桑独聚为一类 ,与其它材料的遗传距离在 0 75 0以上 ;皮木 1号与其它材料也有较大的遗传距离 ,在 0 5 0 0以上 ;其余的 10份材料聚为一类 ,相互间的遗传距离均在0 5 0 0以下 ;92 0 4和 94 0 8等创新种质与杂交亲本西庆 1号、西庆 2号、洛玉 1号、洛山 1号有较高的相似系数。
We chose 10 random primers, which is suitable to amplify the 16 kinds of mulberry materials, and analyze the result by RAPD. The total label number of RAPD is 139 that we can classify. The Yaosang of Xinjiang could be classified as one class by UPGMA. The hereditary distance between Yaosang and other materials is longer than 0.750. The hereditary distance between Pimu-1 and other materials is longer than 0.500. The remained 10 mulberry materials are classified as one class, whose hereditary distance is less more than 0.500. The two kinds of new mulberry 9204 and 9408 have a higher similarity with their hybrid parents Xiqing-1, Xiqing-2, Luoyu-1 and Luoshan-1.
