摘要
利用2个栽培大豆(G.max)品种与2个野生大豆(G.Soja)材料配制的4个杂交组合,研究其F1的优势指数、超亲优势及F1与亲本的主要性状间的相关性。结果表明,F1单株粒重的优势指数最大,其次为株高、单株荚数。百粒重和开花至成熟天数低于双亲平均值。F1的株高、单株荚数、百粒重、生育日数与其双亲平均值显著相关。
F1 hybrids of 4 crosses made of two cultivated soybean(G.max)cultivars and two accessions of G.soja were used to analyse the heterosis indices,superheterosis over larger parents,the correlation coefficients of major agronomic characters in F1 with corresponding pareuts.The results showed that heterosis indices of seed yield per plant was the highest(175.4%),followed by that of plant height and pods per plant.Weight of 100 seeds and days from flowering to maturity in F1 were smaller than that of average of parents.There was significant correlation between F1 hybrids and mid-parents in plant height,number of pods per plant,weight of 100 seeds and growth duration.
