摘要
骨关节炎 (osteoarthritis,OA)是临床上常见的疾病。探索骨关节炎动物模型的建立方法 ,是研究其病因和治疗方法的重要课题之一。鼠是一种理想的动物 ,所用的方法有关节内手术、关节内注射、关节外手术等 ,各种方法都有自己的长处和不足。本文就鼠骨关节炎动物模型的建立方法。
Osteoarthritis(OA) is a common disease in clinic. The study of laboratory animal model is one of the most important methods for studying the cause and therapeutic strategies of human OA. Rat is an ideal animal for OA study. Used methods include intraarticular surgery,intraarticular injection,extraarticular surgery,and so on. Every method has its advantages and disadvantages. This article reviews the methods about how to establish the model,the characteristics of the model and its applications in rat.
