摘要
在氧化 -还原引发剂体系下 ,二乙基二烯丙基氯化铵 (DEDAAC)和丙烯酸等乙烯基类单体 ,以合适的比例在水溶液中通过共聚合反应制得了一种两性乙烯基类树脂复鞣剂。分别讨论了单体和引发剂用量对聚合过程的影响 ,确定了最佳合成工艺。同时用红外光谱 (FT -IR)、热分析 (DTA)和透射电镜 (TEM)对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征。应用试验结果表明 :该复鞣剂使用后 ,革色饱满、无败色现象 ,且成革手感丰满厚实、弹性较好。
With ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator, a new amphoteric polymer retanning agent was synthesized by copolymerization of diethyldiallyammonium chloride (DEDAAC) and vinyl monomer in adequate proportion in queous solution. The condition of polymerization were researched including the amounts of monomers and initiator. Meanwhile, the structure and capability were confirmed by FT-IR, DTA and TEM. Applied experiments prove that the product has full tinct and excellent auxiliary dyeing properties. The applied leather is soft, full, elastic and possesses good handle.
