摘要
传统上,商业企业通过对商品的研究来满足顾客的需求,并且根据商品卖出的数量和价格等资料重新订货和储存。网络带来的新经济模式,已开始改变人们过去的生活习惯与行为。顾客更多地参与到商业过程中,成为现代商业企业营销的关键要素。现代信息技术能够使现代商业企业通过对顾客的研究来满足顾客的需求成为可能,从而保持忠实自己的顾客群,现代商业企业的核心商务必然由对商品的研究向对顾客的研究转变。
Traditionally, commercial corporation meets the need of customers through studying the commodity and according to the information the amount and price of the commodity order and storage will be renewed. Network brings the new economic model, which has begun to change people's living habit and behavior. Customers more and more take part in the business process and become key factors of marketing for modern commercial corporations. Modern information technique can make things possible through studying the customers needs so as to keep the loyal customer group. Modern commercial corporation's core business affairs must be changed from studying commodity to studying customers.
