摘要
目的 观察细胞凋亡在非创伤性股骨头坏死患者骨标本上的存在情况 ,并探讨细胞凋亡与股骨头坏死的关系。方法 通过对激素性和酒精性股骨头坏死骨标本行甲基绿 派诺宁染色及TUNEL标记法 ,研究骨细胞及骨髓细胞凋亡情况。结果 激素性和酒精性骨坏死标本上 ,存在大量凋亡的骨细胞及骨髓细胞。结论 细胞凋亡在非创伤性股骨头坏死的发病中起了重要作用。
Objective To investigate the distribution of apoptotic cells on the samples of non traumatic osteonecrotic femoral head and the relation between cell apoptosis and osteonecrosis.Methods The samples of non traumatic osteonecrotic femoral heads was used to detect the apoptosis of osteocytes and marrow cells by means of the methyl green pyronin staining and TUNEL labeling.Results There are a great number of apoptotic osteocytes and marrow cells on the samples of steroid induced and alcohol induced osteonecrosis.Conclusion Cell apoptosis may play a key role in the pathogenesis of non traumatic femoral head necrosis.
