摘要
目的 :探讨彩超对胎儿大脑中动脉 (MCA)与脐动脉 (UA)血流动力学之间的关系。方法 :检查分析 30 0例中、晚孕胎儿的 MCA和 UA的血流动力学参数 ,研究其间的关系。结果 :(1 )随着孕龄的增加 ,MCA和 UA的峰值流速与舒张末期流速比值 (S/ D) ,阻力指数 (RI) ,搏动指数 (PI)均相应减小 ,MCA的各血流参数均相应大于 UA的各血流参数 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,(2 )不论孕龄如何变化 ,MCA和 UA的 S/ D、 RI、 PI关系密切 ,均呈直线正相关 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,(3)收缩期峰值流速 (PSV) ,舒张末期流速 (EDV)相关性不明显 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :UA血流动力学异常是造成脑血流动力学异常的重要因素 ,进一步证明了检测胎儿
Objective:To analyse the relationship of blood flows between middle cerebral artery (MCA) and umbilical artery (UA) in fetuses using color ultrasound Methods:Three hundred cases of mid/late pregnancy were examined,and the relationship of blood flow parameters between MCA and UA were studied.Results:(1)Systolic/diastolic ratio (S/D),resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI) of MCA and UA were decreased correspondingly with the gestation ages,All blood flow parameters of MCA were larger than those of UA respectively;(2) S/D?RI?PI of MCA were positive proportional to those of UA regardless the gestation ages;(3)Systolic peak velocity (PSV) and end diastolic flow velocity (EDV) had no obvious difference relatively.Conclusions:The abnormality of the UA blood flow is the most important factor to bring about the abnormality of the brain blood flow,further more,it is proved that detection of the fetal UA blood flow had great important meaning for evaluating the growth and development of fetuses.
