摘要
Membranes prepared from bovine tendon collagen and bovine skin collagen were irradiated by ()60Co.Dose rate about 22kGy/h and the doses applied were 15,25,35kGy.The degree of cross-linking and the stability of the membranes were evaluated by measuring swelling, resistance to collagenase digestion, and infra-red spectra.Based on these data, possible mechanisms of action were discussed. The results revealed that after the films were modified by ()60Co irradiation at the experimental conditions, both the degree of cross-linking and the stability of two kinds of collagen membranes were increased.Reconstituted bovine skin collagen films were more sensitive to ()60Co irradiation than bovine tendon collagen films.
