慢性氟中毒患者认知功能缺损的初步研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的 研究氟中毒患者是否存在认知功能损害及其生物学基础。方法 选择高氟区氟中毒患者为研究对象 ,非高氟区正常健康人为对照。分别进行神经心理测验了解其认知功能 ,同时进行血液氧化应激指标测定 :采用硫代此妥酸 (TBA)反应法测定血清脂质过氧化物 (L PO)含量 ;Ellman法测定全血还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH) ;亚硝酸盐法测定红细胞超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD) ;二硫双基苯甲酸 (DTNB)法测定全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-Px) ;通过测定血清中亚硝酸根和硝酸根离子 (NO2 - / NO3- )来推断 NO的含量。结果 患者组与对照组在反应动作行为操作量表分值上差异有显著意义 ;在语言流畅测验、领悟、相似和联想学习的测验中差异有非常显著意义 ;在数学广度测验中差异有显著意义。患者组 NO浓度与 WCST的总错误数呈显著正相关 ,与相似测验呈显著负相关 ,SOD活性与相似性测验、数字广度测验呈显著负相关。患者组与对照组的其它氧化应激各指标差异无显著意义。结论 提示慢性氟中毒患者存在着某些认知功能的缺损 ,其生物基础可能与 SOD和 Objective To study if there is cognitive func tion impairment in the fluorosis sufferers and its biologic bases.Methods The fluorosis sufferers from the high flouorine region were selected as studying groups and normal healthy persons from non-hi gh fluorine region as control groups. With specific psychological methods their cognitive functions were evaluated, and the indexes of blood oxidative stress we re tested:Thiobarbituric acid reaction (TBA) for serum lipid peroxide(LPO), Ellm an's for reduced glutathion (GSH) in serum, the Nitrite for superoxide dismutase (SOD) in red blood cells,and the Dithiobis-nitrobenzonic acid (DTNB) for gluta thione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in serum.To determine the amount of NO through testi ng the nitrous and nitrate (NO 2 -/NO 3 -) in serum.Results Between the studying and the control groups,sig nificant differences were observed on the figures in the psychological tests, m uch bigger differences in the tests of language fluency, recognition, similitude and association study, and the math extent test were also observed. The total f ailure numbers of WCST and the consistency of NO demonstrates positively signifi cant correlation, but negatively significant correlation to the similitude test. SOD activity showed a negatively significant correlation with the similitude and math extent tests.Conclusions The results suggest that some cognitive fun ction limitations exist in the sufferers with chronic fluorosis.
