早期羊膜移植治疗重症眼部碱烧伤

Early transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane for severe ocular alkali burn

摘要 目的 :探讨早期移植保存羊膜在重症眼部碱性化学烧伤的治疗效果。方法 :采用保存的人羊膜早期移植治疗重症眼部碱烧伤 2 8只眼。结果 :术后 3~ 7天眼部炎症控制 ,12只眼角膜恢复透明 ,10只眼形成角膜白斑 ,6只眼全角膜混浊 ,全部患者保住了眼球 ,眼表稳定 ,无免疫排斥和继发感染发生。结论 :采用保存人羊膜治疗早期重症眼部碱烧伤是一种有价值的方法。 Objective:To eva luate the therapeutic effects of early transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane for ocular alkali burn.Methods:25 patients (28 eyes) who had severe alkali burn were treated early with preserved amniotic membrane.Results:All eyes were saved,ocular inflammations were controlled in 3~7 days after surgery in 28 eyes,cornea was transparent in 12 eyes,corneal leucoma formation in 10 eyes and totally opaque of cornea in 6 eyes.There was no allograft immune rejection or secondary infection.Conclusion:Early transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane is a valuable method for the treatment of early severe ocular alkali burn.
