摘要
为解决溶剂型绝缘漆对环境和人类健康危害较大的问题而研制开发水溶性绝缘漆。将端烯基硅氧烷预聚体与丙烯酸(酯)单体在引发剂作用下共聚 ,合成得到有机硅改性丙烯酸(酯)共聚物,通过引入极性基团,将该共聚物用有机胺中和成盐,使其水性化,制得水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸(酯)树脂 ,用该树脂配制成水溶性硅丙树脂绝缘漆。通过红外光谱分析表明,端烯基聚硅氧烷已接枝进入了丙烯酸酯共聚物的骨架中 ,当端烯基聚硅氧烷的引入量为2 %~3 % (占单体重量 )时 ,其综合性能最好 ,达到绝缘漆E级标准。
The vinyl-siloxane prepolymer and monomers of acrylic acid(ester)were co-polymerized with initiator first,the acrylic acid copolymer modified by organic silicone was synthesized.Then it was hyˉdrated through the reaction of forming salt with three ethanolamine.And the water-soluble copolymer can be got.It is used as main membrane-forming material of insulating coating with other auxiliaries.The water-soluble insulating coating was prepared.The insulating properties of insulating coatings were measured,its structure were analyzed with infrared spectroscopy.
