摘要
采用毛细管模型对分段进气生物膜滴滤塔净化有机废气的效率进行了分析,获得了分段进气单一出气和分段进气分段出气两种方式下生物膜滴滤塔降解有机废气的效率。通过计算发现:同传统单进单出的方式相比,对于分段进气单一出气,分段数越多,效率越低;对于分段进气多段出气,分段数对净化效率的影响很小,而采用这种分段进出气方式可有效地减少填料床的堵塞现象,提高生物膜滴滤塔的实际净化效率。
The purification efficiency of trickling biofilter with waste gas subsection-inlet is numerically computed based on the capillary model. The studied trickling biofilters involve the one with several subsection-inlets but only one exit and another with several subsection-inlets and exits. The purification efficiency of the trickling biofilter with several subsection-inlets and one exit is lower than the traditional trickling biofilter with one inlet and exit under the same operational conditions. As the number of subsection-inlet increases, the purification efficiency decreases. For the trickling biofilter with several subsection-inlets and one exit, the number of subsection-inlet has very little influence on the purification efficiency that is very close to the purification efficiency of the trickling biofilter with one inlet and exit.
