从小波的定义出发,推导出小波的两个必要条件,指出了小波的本质,并说明了这样定义小 波的理由.
Based on the definition of wavelets, the two necessary conditions of wavelets are drawn,and the essence of wavelets is pointed out too;the reason like defining wavelets is illuminated.
