摘要
我国的科研环境已发生了重大变化,高校已逐步成为市场竞争的主体之一。在市场经济激烈竞争的今天,高校科研团队的建设与管理十分重要。本文阐述了如何加强高校科研团队的建设和管理,着重阐述了在科研团队建设中必须加强人才建设、科研设备建设、制度建设,并阐明科研团队在管理中应以目标管理为导向,以健全的管理机制为保障,以适当的激励机制与定期评估为动力。
Drastic changes have taken place in the sci-tech research environment of China, and colleges and universities have become one of the subjects of market competition. The cut-throat competition in the market economy renders it important to construct and manage sci-tech research teams in an effective way. This paper deals with the construction and management of sci-tech research teams in colleges and universities, the focus of which is on talents training, equipment upgrading, and system perfection. It proposes that target management should be practiced, and adequate excitation mechanism and regular evaluation should be introduced.
