摘要
目的 :探讨次声作用对大鼠肾上腺细胞损伤特点及意义。方法 :将雄性SD大鼠 4 2只随机分为对照组和 1、7、14、2 1、2 8和35d实验组 ,实验组在 8HZ 130dB次声环境下每日暴露 1次 ,每次 2h ;取肾上腺组织固定 ,透射电镜下观察肾上腺细胞超微结构变化。结果 :不同环境和天数次声作用后肾上腺皮质细胞可见细胞膜破裂 ,发生变性坏死。其损伤随作用次数增多其损伤逐渐加重 ,2 8、35d组损伤程度有所恢复。各实验组肾上腺髓质细胞超微结构变化不明显。结论 :次声作用可对肾上腺细胞造成不同程度损伤 ,2 8d后肾上腺对次声的损伤作用存在着一定适应现象。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and significance of changes of adrenal gland after infrasound damage in rats.Methods: Forty-two male SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: control,1-day,7-day ,14-day ,21-day ,28-day and 35-day infrasound damage group. The infrasound damage groups were exposed to 8 Hz and 130 dB infrasound for 2 hours per day. The separated adrenal tissues were fixed and the ultrastructural changes were observed under the electron microscopeResults:The disrupted membrane and degenerative necrosis were observed in adrenal cortical cells in exterimental groups,the damages became more and more serious with infrasound exposure in 7,14 and 21-day groups. These damages were alleviated to some degree in 28 and 35-day groups.But the ultrastructural changes of aderenal medulla in all experimental groups were not obvious.Conclusion:Infrasound can directly damage the adrenal ultrastructure to different degrees.The adrenal tissues can adapt to infrasound damage after 28 days in some way.
