摘要
目的 :总结心脏肿瘤的诊断治疗。方法 :复习我院 89例心脏原发肿瘤患者的临床资料 ,并结合国外相关文献一并分析。结果 :心脏良性肿瘤经手术治疗可治愈 ;心脏恶性肿瘤采用手术加术后放疗患者术后生存期为 (2 1 43± 14 2 4)个月 ,单纯手术治疗患者术后生存期为 (4 5 0±3 3 2 )个月 ,两组比较t =4 2 9,P <0 0 1。结论 :心脏良性肿瘤经手术治疗可治愈 ;手术加术后放疗可显著延长心脏恶性肿瘤患者术后生存期。
OBJECTIVE: To summarice the experiences in diagnosis and treatment of primary cardiac tumor.METHODS:The data about the diagnosis and treatment of 89 primary cardiac tumor patients and the related data from abroad were reviewed and analysed.RESULTES:The patients suffering from primary cardiac benign tumor can be cured only by surgery.The existence time of the patients suffering from malignant tumor treated only by surgery is (4 50±3 32)months,that of the patients treated by surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy (21 43±14 24) months , t =4 29, P <0 01.CONCLUSIONS: The patients suffering from primary cardiac benign tumor can be cured only by surgical treatment.Surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy can significantly prolong survival time of patients with primary cardiac malignant tumor.
