摘要
分析了曲轴的扭转 纵向耦合振动机理,建立了基于集总参数模型的曲轴扭 纵耦合振动数学模型.应用该模型对曲轴扭 纵耦合振动进行了数值仿真.结果表明:耦合作用会使振动加剧,但其倍频扭振响应可以忽略,而且通过改变扭振固有频率和纵振固有频率可对耦合作用进行调整.
It is found that many vibration problems of crankshaft,which can become serious threat to diesel engine safety,are related to coupling effects.In this paper, mechanism of the coupled torsionalaxial vibration of crankshaft is analyzed and the mathematic model of the coupled torsionalaxial vibration of crankshaft is built based on lumped mass model.With this model,theoretical analysis of the coupled torsionalaxial vibration shows that the effects of coupling will change the natural frequency and mode of crankshaft.Numerical simulation is also done with this model and the results show that the effects of coupling will intensify the vibration while the coupled doublefrequency torsional vibration can be ignored and these effects can be adjusted by changing the natural frequency of torsional vibration and axial vibration.
