摘要
研究了基因重组核型多角体病毒AcMNPV AaIT和野生型多角体病毒AcMNPV C6对甜菜夜蛾的病原性,并添加感染增效物质,研究其增效作用。结果表明:AcMNPV AaIT对甜菜夜蛾3、4龄幼虫的LD50分别为151、379PIB/头,比AcMNPV C6少39、906PIB/头;LT50分别比AcMNPV C6缩短1.1d和1.5d;昆虫病毒感染增效物质具有强烈的感染增效作用,增效比值为617倍。
The pathogenicity of recombinant and wild-type AcMNPV against beet armyworm(Spodoptera exigua) is studied with the modified droplet feeding method. The infection enhancer is added in the droplet to study the enhancing mortality of the AcMNPV.The results show: the LD(50) of AcMNPV-AaIT to3^(rd),4^(th)instar larvae is 151,379 PIB/larva respectively, 39,906 PIB/larva less than that of AcMNPV-C6.The LT(50) of AcMNPV-AaIT is 1.1,1.5 day earlier than that of AcMNPV-C6. BR has strong infection enhancing function. The synergism is 617 times.
