摘要
通过田间及盆栽实验,研究了锰、钼对冬小麦小穗小花分化发育的影响。结果表明,锰、钼对冬小麦每穗分化的小穗原基数和小花原基数无明显影响,但显著地减少了每穗总不孕小穗数,其中对基部小穗的影响比对顶部小穗的影响更为明显;锰钼处理增加了植株中锰、钼含量,提高了幼穗中可溶性糖和淀粉含量,加速了小穗中位小花的发育进程,缩短了中下位小花的发育差距,增加了总可见小花数和可育小花数,提高了成花率和结实率,最终使穗(?)数显著增加。
With basal dressing,foliar application and pot experiments,stu-dies on the effects of Mn and Mo on the differentiation and developm-ent of spilelet and floret in winter wheat were carried out.The resu-lts showed that Mn and Mo had no significant effect on the number ofspikelet and floret primordium per spike,but they significantly decre-ased the total number of sterile spikelet per spike with more influnceon the basal spikelet than on the aptical spikelet.Mnand Mo treatmentsincreased Mn and Mo contens in wheat plant and the contents of thewater-soluble saccharides and starch in the young spike Further more,they promoted the develop ment process of the central florets,reducedthe development difference between the basal florets andntral ceflorets,increased the total num ber of the visible florets and the number of thefertile florets,enhanced the rate of thefloret forming and seed setting,and finally resulted in the significant increase of the grain number perspike.
