摘要
对比色测定酚类物质的方法进行了改进,克服了原有比色法中反应液出现混浊的缺点。同时,对酚类物质提取及测定过程中易出现的问题进行了探讨。
The colormetic method of measuring phenolics was improved andthe disadvantage of easily becoming muddy in the reactive solution mas overcame.The common problems in the process of extractionand measurement of phenolics were also discussed.
